Income guidelines
To get an idea of how your income compares to that of the low-to-moderate-income families that some (not all) of our programs target, you may consult the government guidelines we must follow. This chart is updated regularly by the Federal Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). AMI stands for Area Median Income, and our targeted programs apply to families whose incomes fall between 40% and 80% AMI. Please note that this chart gives you only an approximation, because we have to look at each family individually.
